Are field technicians still available for in person support?
Yes, our field technicians are operating normally, but are taking necessary precautions to ensure they are safe and practicing social distancing as much as possible .
When field technicians arrive onsite, they will be wearing booties and gloves, and will be sure to properly dispose of them after each appointment.
On top of being mindful of hygiene, our field technicians will be calling customers before scheduled appointments to make sure there is no one in either household or business that is showing symptoms of COVID-19.
In the case of someone being sick, the technicians will do as much work outside as possible.

What can our customers do to ensure our field technicians feel safe out on the job?
To ensure our field technicians are getting the job done in a safe and healthy environment, we ask that all customers reschedule appointments if they are exhibiting any potential symptoms of COVID-19.
Our team will continue to closely monitor the situation and update our routines as deemed necessary by WHO and the CDC.
